Membership T&Cs
Terms and Conditions:
- Payments are billed weekly in advance via debit/credit card.
- Rolling contract with no setup.
- One free guest per month, including a day pass and shoe hire.
- 20% off ICP retail (excludes food and beverages).
- Membership includes shoe hire for members.
- Membership pauses:
- Max 4 weeks within 6 months.
- Must align with billing cycles in increments of at least one week.
- Membership Cancellation:
- Final 4 payments are required after a cancellation request is submitted via email.
- Memberships cannot be paused during the final 4-payment period.
- Member responsibilities:
- Ensure sufficient funds on the nominated card weekly.
- Notify ICP immediately if the card is closed.
- Failed payments deactivate the membership until resolved.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- Members must confirm good physical condition upon signup.
- Fees remain the same as long as you stay on contract.
- The latest terms and conditions apply.
- 48-hour cooling-off period: Initial payment is non-refundable, with facility access for the rest of the week.
- Allow 5 days’ notice for membership queries.
- ICP may change terms, services, hours, or close temporarily for events, holidays, or improvements. Membership fees won’t be reduced for closures.
2 Free Weeks T&Cs
- The 2 Free Weeks Offer is for new customers and begins with their first entry payment, such as a day pass.
- The offer starts from the date of the customer’s first payment for entry.
- No delayed starts or pauses are allowed. The offer period begins immediately.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and is not transferable.
- Limited to one offer per person and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Offer includes shoe hire, access to facility during operating hours and sessions. Please not all sessions have limited space and will requiring bookings, please see staff for more information.
- If you were to join during you 2 week period the remaining duration will be add to your membership
- Offer valid until the 27th of September 2025.
Pre-paid 10 pass T&Cs
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Provides 10 pre-paid entries to the ICP Boulder Hall.
- Can be used by the purchaser and/or family and friends at the purchaser’s discretion.
- Non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
- No refunds, credits, or extensions for expired passes or unused visits.
- Gifted, complimentary, or prize 10 Passes are strictly non-refundable.
- One visit is deducted per person, per day entry.
- Not valid for special events, programs, classes, or competitions unless specified by ICP.
- Passes cannot be resold or transferred as a product.
- Expiry is automatically recorded in the ICP system and available upon request.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all visits are used before expiry.
- Non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted where a refund is required under ACL.
