Terms and Conditions:

1. Payments are billed weekly in advance via debit/credit card.
2. Rolling contract with no setup.
3. One free guest per month, including a day pass and shoe hire.
4. 20% off ICP retail (excludes food and beverages).
5. Membership includes shoe hire for members.
6. Membership pauses:
   1. Max 4 weeks within 6 months.
   2. Must align with billing cycles in increments of at least one week.
7. Membership Cancellation:
   1. Final 4 payments are required after a cancellation request is submitted via email.
   2. Memberships cannot be paused during the final 4-payment period.
8. Member responsibilities:
   1. Ensure sufficient funds on the nominated card weekly.
   2. Notify ICP immediately if the card is closed.
   3. Failed payments deactivate the membership until resolved.
9. Memberships are non-transferable.
10. Members must confirm good physical condition upon signup.
11. Fees remain the same as long as you stay on contract.

13. 48-hour cooling-off period: Initial payment is non-refundable, with facility access for the rest of the week.
14. Allow 5 days’ notice for membership queries.
15. ICP may change terms, services, hours, or close temporarily for events, holidays, or improvements. Membership fees won’t be reduced for closures.

1. The 2 Free Weeks Offer is for new customers and begins with their first entry payment, such as a day pass.
2. The offer starts from the date of the customer’s first payment for entry.
3. No delayed starts or pauses are allowed. The offer period begins immediately.
4. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and is not transferable.
5. Limited to one offer per person and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
6. Offer includes shoe hire, access to facility during operating hours and sessions. Please not all sessions have limited space and will requiring bookings, please see staff for more information.
7. If you were to join during you 2 week period the remaining duration will be add to your membership
8. Offer valid until the 27th of September 2025.

1. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Provides 10 pre-paid entries to the ICP Boulder Hall.
3. Can be used by the purchaser and/or family and friends at the purchaser’s discretion.
4. Non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
5. No refunds, credits, or extensions for expired passes or unused visits.
6. Gifted, complimentary, or prize 10 Passes are strictly non-refundable.
7. One visit is deducted per person, per day entry.
8. Not valid for special events, programs, classes, or competitions unless specified by ICP.
9. Passes cannot be resold or transferred as a product.
10. Expiry is automatically recorded in the ICP system and available upon request.
11. Customers are responsible for ensuring all visits are used before expiry.
12. Non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted where a refund is required under ACL.
