Terms and Conditions:

1. Payments are billed weekly in advance via nominated debit/credit card

2. Rolling contract with no setup or cancellation fee

3. 30 days (4 payments) notice is required to cancel your membership, to be

provided by email

4. One friend for free per month. This includes day pass and shoe hire.

5. 20% off ICP retail purchases; this excludes food and beverage

6. Membership includes shoe hire exclusively for members

7. A maximum of 4 weeks on pause is permitted within a 6 month period, this is

to be taken in increments of no less than one week at a time.

8. A membership cannot be placed on hold during the 30 day (4 payments)

notification period for cancellation

9. It is your responsibility to:

 

1. Ensure that there are sufficient funds available on the nominated card to

meet each payment on the due date each week

2. Advise immediately if the nominated debit or credit card is closed

10. Should a payment be dishonoured, your membership will be deactivated

until the payment is rectified.

11. Memberships are not transferable

12.Confirm good physical condition and no impairments upon signup

13.Fees remain unchanged as long as you’re a member

14.The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply.

15.48-hour cooling off period: Initial payment non-refundable, with continued

facility access for the remainder of the week.

16.Please allow a minimum of 5 days notice for all membership queries

1. The 3 Free Weeks Offer is for new customers and begins with their first entry payment, such as a day pass.
2. The offer starts from the date of the customer’s first payment for entry.
3. No delayed starts or pauses are allowed. The offer period begins immediately.
4. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and is not transferable.
5. Limited to one offer per person and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
6. Offer includes shoe hire, access to facility during operating hours and sessions like stretch and strength, train with staff. Please not all sessions have limited space and will requiring bookings, please see staff for more information.
7. The offer is not in conjunction with memberships and will be voided should the customer join during the free 3 week period.
