About the Role

As a Business Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in expanding the reach of climbing by representing our brand, building meaningful connections, and delivering innovative solutions that inspire and empower others. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and distributors, you’ll focus on creating opportunities for growth, fostering community, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to safety, quality, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and distributors through clear and consistent communication.
• Design and implement creative sales strategies that reflect our dedication to quality and achieving meaningful results.
• Identify new opportunities for climbing wall distribution and growth in your region, helping bring climbing to more people.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to finalising deals, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional products and services that prioritise safety and inspire confidence.
• Stay informed about trends, innovations, and competitor activities to keep ICP at the forefront of the climbing industry.
• Provide regular updates on your progress and contribute innovative ideas to continually improve and expand our impact.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and fostering trust.
• A proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the climbing or sports industry.
• A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to find unique solutions to challenges.

• A deep understanding of the climbing community and culture is a significant advantage.
