Casual Positions – Fortitude Valley, QLD

The Position:

We are currently seeking unique, creative and outgoing personalities to join our customer service team and climbing knowledge base.

As a Climbing Consultant, you will be responsible for signing new memberships into our climbing gym and advising customers about our products and services in our boutique showroom. You will also need to observe the safety of customers and advise on safe practices when possible.

Health, Safety and Customer service focussed people required

The Person:

Essential Requirements:

• Must hold a first aid CPR certificate valid for at least 6 months
• Must hold a current blue card valid for at least 6 months
• Must be 18+

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication/presentation skills
• Open to sales, membership sales and hitting targets
• High level focus on customer service and engagement
• Outgoing and friendly, easily approachable
• Must be a team player

Highly Desirable:

• An active climber involved in the climbing community
• Fitness Certifications
• Experience running fitness classes: eg. Yoga, Pilates, Climbing
• Sales and Customer Service Experience
• Displays leadership qualities
• Able to work am, pm, weekends and public holidays
• Wanting to grow professionally and advance within the company
